What are the month flavors for each month?

How much are your gourmet espresso drinks?
Espresso drinks range from $1.75 for a straight shot to $3.75 for a 16oz. Knoxville Mocha.
Add-ons are an extra $.50.

Do you do custom flavors and/or decoration of cupcakes?
Yes, custom designed cupcakes are extra, prices range from $3-$10 per cupcake. Our custom flags and cupcake garnishes are also extra.

Do you rent cupcake towers?
Yes we do. We have 12 towers that hold from 12 to 174 cupcakes. Some of the towers can be edged with ribbon to match the color theme of your event. The towers can be either rented separately or included as part of a minimum cupcake purchase. Please call the shop for details. Tower rentals require a deposit check for security.

Why are you no longer accepting my half-off depot certificates?
We are no longer accept Half Off Depot coupons, as of May 2012.  They were issued in Nov. of 2010 and January of 2011 and are subject to fraud and the company was selling them without our permission.  We regret any inconvenience and hope that you understand our small business struggle to respond to the situation.

How can I care for my cupcake?
Cities Cupcakes are baked daily and we recommend eating it the same day. If you must store it, we recommend placing it in an air-tight container and putting it in the refrigerator. Some of Cities Cupcakes with cream cheese frosting require refrigeration. All cupcakes are at their most delicious served at room temperature or 72 degrees F.

Where are we located?
We are at 5201 Kingston Pike, Suite No. 3 in the Village Square shopping strip, on the north side of Kingston Pike in Bearden. We are directly across the street from Bistro by the Tracks restaurant. The nearest cross-street with a traffic light is Mohican Drive.

Do I need to order cupcakes in advance?
We recommend placing advance orders especially for quantities of 2 dozen or more. For large parties and corporate events please call to place an order.

Whom do I talk to about my wedding plans?
Please call the store at 865-588-4558 for an appointment to plan the details of a cupcake tower for this important event.

Do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Yes, we can courier our Cities Cupcakes and additional items like balloon bouquets to points in downtown and west Knoxville out to the Knox County line. Delivery is $25 regular, $30 to Blount County. Additional $5 for a rush or guaranteed delivery time.

Do you bake cupcakes for kid's events?
Yes, you can order at the store, themed cupcake decor featuring favorite kid's characters. Please call for more details and ordering information.

Do your cupcakes contain dairy or sugar or peanuts?
Our Cities Cupcakes are baked with dairy, flour and sugar. Some of our cupcakes contain peanut butter or other nuts so we do not recommend them people who are sensitive to wheat and nuts.

Do you have a rotating schedule of cupcake flavors baked?
We have everyday our Top Ten Cities Cupcake flavors, these are on our homepage. We also will have 3-4 different cupcake flavors each month.

Can I order a cupcake flavor not in the Top Ten?
Yes, with a minimum order of 1 dozen and 3 days advance notice.
